Paul Ginnis

Paul was born on November 2, 1956 in Grenfell, Saskatchewan to parents Susie Isabelle (Hood) and Harry Baden Ginnis. He was the youngest of four children and grew up on a farm just east of Grenfell, where he would later raise his own family.

Paul met the love of his life, Pat in 1972 and they were married on June 28, 1976. Together, they built a life on the family farm, where they raised their four boys. Paul worked as both a farmer and a truck driver and he and Pat shared a love of travelling the world together. In 2020 Paul lost his beloved wife Pat to cancer and he missed her dearly every day until his passing.

He is lovingly remembered by his sons, grandchildren and great-grandchild: Cal (Leah), Destin (Mackenzie) and Sophie, Jayvyn and Jaycee, Aiden and Ashlyn; Darcy (Christine), Cordell, Justice and Sierra; Devin, Tye, Bo and Lex; and Colby (Ashley), Hunter and Hayden.

He will also be deeply missed by his sisters, Marcia (Richard) and Doris (Jim), as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Paul was predeceased by his wife Pat; his brother Baden; his parents Harry and Susie and his parents-in-law Alma and Doug.

A celebration of life and interment will be held at a later date.
