

Domres, Warren John of Regina and Lemberg, Saskatchewan passed away peacefully October 29th of pancreatic cancer. He fought a valiant battle with an amazing attitude. Warren is survived by his father, John Domres of Lakeside Nursing Home, Wolseley. His brother Mark(Danette)Domres of Lloydminster, AB. and their children Brittany(Bram)Ratay of Clermont, Australia and Dustin Domres of Calgary and his sister Heather(Darryl)Denning of Kyle, and their children Meagan(Tyler)Jones and Kaedyn of Swift Current, Joel Denning and Mia of Swift Current and Brianne Denning. Also survived by his Uncle Alfred(Gertie)Domres and Aunt Judy Pfeifer as well as numerous cousins. Warren was predeceased by his Mother Helen(Pfeifer)Domres in 2010 and by his Uncle Art Domres, Uncle Paul Pfeifer and Aunt Doris Domres. Warren was born November 2, 1952 in Neudorf, Sk and attended High Bluff country school for grades 1 and 2. He then attended Lemberg public and high schools graduating in 1970. He convocated from the University of Saskatchewan with a BSP in Pharmacy in 1974. His career started with Pinder’s Drugs in Saskatoon and Regina. He worked for Boot’s Pharmacy in Weyburn and Baber’s Pharmacy in Balcarres. In 1992 Warren went to work for Safeway Pharmacies and for the last 7 years was the Regional Pharmacy Manager for Safeway Pharmacies in Saskatchewan. Warren retired April 14, 2012 and had hoped to farm full time. Over the years Warren enjoyed many activities, sailing, snowmobiling, motor biking, skiing, hunting, curling and his many visits with his nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 2, 2012 in Trinity Lutheran Church, Lemberg, SK. at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Victoria Mwamasika officiating. Interment will follow in Blackwood High Bluff Lutheran Cemetery, Hill Farm District. If friends so desire contributions to The Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK S4P 2R3 may be tokens of remembrance.
