Sue, Molly, Sarah, Michael, Linda, Judy and the rest of your family.  Allan will always hold a special place in the hearts of the people who loved him.  There will absolutely be a void.  As long as you hold the memories we all share of him close to your heart Allan will live on in each one of us.  No one can take those memories from you.  He was a very special person and we are all better because he was a part of our lives.

A candle provides warmth in the cold and a light to help you to see in the dark. 

Through much love and wisdom of his years, Dad taught me how to look after myself and learn from my mistakes.

His legacy will be passed on through the generations.

Even though I wasn`t able to meet Al in person I did have a wonderful conversation over the phone with him when Linda visited and it was really heart felt and I also felt like I had known him for years, Linda is the Love of My Life and you will live on in our hearts and minds and souls, My Sincerest Sympathies go out to the family and friends and everyone who was part of his life, Now You Fly with The Angels !

Aunt Sue, Molly, Sarah, Michael, Linda and Mom (Judy Hoppe, Allan's sister): I hope you are able to share memories together and exchange new stories  about my godfather in the coming days. I recall summers at the cottage on Six Mile Lake, the hospitality in St Paul, and my recent visit where Uncle Al's humor and people skills continued to shine. Special thanks to him for impacting my life with the gift of my first Bible, which I read from cover to cover long, long ago.
