Of Lakeland passed away peacefully on June 6, 2011. Preceded in death by husband Stan; parents, Joseph and Grace Carman. Survived by sons, Dave (Stacey), Curt; grandchildren, Gracie, Jordi; sister, Judy (Bill) Dietz; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. A celebration of Jackie’s life will be held on June 24, 2011 from 4:30-8:30PM at BAYPORT LAKESIDE PARK BEACH HOUSE, 2 Central Ave, east of downtown, Bayport with a 6:30PM memorial service. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to donor’s choice.
