Passed away surrounded by family. James is preceded in death by his Parents, Charles and Mary. He is survived by his Wife, Mary; Children, Jaime (Dusty) Wilcox, Jason Engebretson, Jessica (Jean) Rivera and Jimmy Williams; Grandchildren, Jamel, Anthony, Morgan, Kianna, Benicio and Lucia; Five Brothers and Their Wives. Jim was an avid fisherman and an innovative mechanical engineer. He loved woodworking and spending time with family and friends. Memorial Mass at 11 AM on Saturday, March 15 at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, 8260 4th St. N, Oakdale with visitation one hour prior. A Gathering of Family & Friends will be held from 4-7 PM on Friday, March 14 at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the MN Cancer Society.
