Joleen passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, February 7, 2016. She left us way too soon, but she gained her wings and is now in the loving arms of Jesus. She was preceded in death by Grandma and Grandpa DuBois and Grandma and Grandpa Colton. Joleen is survived by her parents, Cindy (Steve) Schwartz and John (Liz) Colton; brother, John (Courtney); twin sister, Jill; sisters, Abbie, Emily, and Bre; goddaughters, Kylee and Lexi; other nieces and nephews, Evan, Chloe, Elli, Izzy, Vanessa, and Baby Colton on the way; longtime love of her life, Joe Reinartz; special godparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many wonderful friends. Joleen loved sunsets, rainbows, butterflies, stargazer lilies, music, dancing, bonfires, fall, football, palm trees, beaches and vacations, but most of all she loved her family, Joe, friends, VS work family and God. She will be forever missed and leave an empty void in all of the many lives she touched. Her smile and kind heart were amazing! There is now a star in the sky named Joleen Marie. In celebration of Joleen's life, we would like everyone to wear a bright color or a color of the rainbow. Visitation Friday, February 12th, 4-8 p.m. At Woodbury Lutheran Church. Funeral Service Saturday, February 13th, at 11:00 a.m. with Visitation one hour prior at Woodbury Lutheran Church, 7380 Afton Road, Woodbury, MN. Interment at Union Cemetery, St. Paul, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Woodbury Lutheran Church or donor's choice.
