Karen Annette Mickelson
14 junio, 1957 – 25 marzo, 2023
EN EL CUIDADO DE
Preceded in death by brother Gary and mother Rita. Survived by loving father Bruce, siblings Greg (Barb), Kris (Mike), nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Karen was born in St. Paul and grew up in the Midway area, attending St. Columba Grade School and St. Agnes High School, class of ‘75. She attended St. Paul TVI and received a certificate as a Nursing Assistant.
Karen loved playing the piano, watching old movies and tv shows, pottery, jewelry making and painting, and she loved her extended family very much. She was truly selfless, forgiving and pure of heart.
Karen worked very hard and did an amazing job in overcoming her diabetes diagnosis, an effort both she and her family were very proud of.
A private family service with future interment will be planned for Spring 2023.
