He is preceded in death by father, Albert. Dugan is survived by his mother, Sandy; wife, Brandy; children, Aulora and Brennan; step-sons, Micah and Bryce; siblings; nephews; nieces; extended family and friends.
Dugan loved riding his motorcycle, was an avid outdoorsman and loved his family.
