Passed away suddenly at the age of 83 on January 6, 2012 following a fall at home. Preceded in death by Parents, Joseph & Sophie. Survived by Loving Husband of 56 years, Vincent; Sisters, Joanne Jadlowski and Sr. Ann Michele Jadlowski, CSJ; Children, Michele Mackey, Mary Beth Schwartz (Neil) & Catherine Hacker (Peter); and 3 Grandchildren: Grady, Nicole & Erin. Margaret graduated from the College of St. Catherine in 1950 and later earned a Masters Degree from the University of St. Thomas. She taught in France, where she met Vince. Margaret was a teacher and administrator at The Convent of the Visitation School for nearly 30 years, where countless children and their families benefited from her passion for and dedication to early childhood education. She enjoyed traveling, especially return trips to Europe with Vince, and also loved the Big Island of Hawaii, which she visited several times with her family. She loved reading, baking and spending time with her grandchildren. Visitation Thursday, January 12 from 4 to 7 PM at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM, Friday, January 13 at Transfiguration Catholic Church, 6133 - 15th Street North in Oakdale. An hour visitation will precede the Mass. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights with luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Visitation Monastery North Minneapolis, 1527 Fremont Avenue North, Mpls. 55411.
