Carmelita Oblero of Astoria, New York entered into eternal rest on November 6, 2013. She was born on November 6, 1935 in the Philippines to Sotico Menesses and Juanita Paragas. Carmelita is survived by her husband Federico Oblero and a host of family and friends. Visitation will take place on Friday November 8, 2013 from 5-9:00pm. Private cremation services will take place.
