Carmen Toledo of Woodside, New York entered into eternal rest on May 11, 2016. Carmen was born on August 23, 1941 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico to her parents Joseph Toledo and Maria Valentin. Carmen worked as a CNA nursing assistant. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday May 13, 2016 from 2pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm. Cremation will take place on Saturday May 14, 2016 2:30pm at All Souls Crematory located in East Elmhurst, New York.
