

his wife and 2 of his children the elder child had to stay behind in Cuba because he was of
military age.
Daniel worked 2 jobs and did the best he could to take care of his family and with
hopes of bringing his eldest son to the states one day which finally did happen 13 years later.
He was a hard-working man who worked at the New York Stock Exchange Club as a waiter he
didn't retire until he was about 72 years old. Always liked to be busy working. After his
retirement he joined a gym to keep himself active.
He was a big Mets fan and loved to go to the ballpark to watch the Mets play and never missed
a game on tv. You could not change that channel if he was watching a ball game.
Loved going to Miami and enjoyed the beach. What he enjoyed the most was his
grandchildren.
He will be missed dearly by all his wife of 76 years his children, grandchildren and friends
A gathering for Daniel will be held Wednesday, August 10, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Thomas M. Quinn & Sons, 41-45 58th Street, Woodside, NY 11377.
The mass of christian burial will occur Thursday, August 11, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Most Precious Blood Roman Catholic Church, 32-23 36th Street, Astoria, NY 11106. The committal service will occur Thursday, August 11, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at St Michael Cemetery, 72-02 Astoria Blvd. S, East Elmhurst, NY 11370.
