Michael John Madigan

September 18, 1943 – February 27, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael John Madigan, a devoted father, proud Marine, and lifelong New Yorker. He passed away on February 27, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving behind a legacy of honor, love, and resilience.

Born and raised in New York City, Michael embodied the spirit of New York with his unwavering determination, integrity, and stubbornness. He served his country with pride as a United States Marine, a role that defined his values of discipline, loyalty, and service. Above all, his greatest accomplishment was his family, children and grandchildren.

Michael is survived by his three children: James, Midori & Edwin Ramos and John, along with John’s wife, Karina and his grandchildren Ella and Asher. His brother, Martin, along with Martin’s wife, Maria. He is preceded in death by his devoted wife, Yoshiko Madigan, his father, Michael John Madigan, Sr. and his mother, Theresa Pickles.
