He is predeceased by his Father Eugene, his Mother Agnes; his brothers Eugene, William, Robert, John, Thomas and his sisters Patricia, Karen and Mary.
He is survived by his daughter Samantha Ann-Agnes Logan, Samantha’s mother Elaine; his granddaughters, Kayla Carol and Taniyah Serenity. His brothers Kevin and Daniel and his nieces and nephews; especially Rose Agnes and his little boy Leo Robert.
A special thanks to the James Family who were always there unconditionally for Patrick.
Patrick was a Veteran of the Vietnam War serving 3 years in the Navy District on USS Intrepid, he has earned the National Defense Service Medal.
Patrick has saved countless lives as an EMS Worker and also worked as an Elevator Mechanic.
He could make anybody laugh; he was strong throughout his entire life, down to his last breath. He loved all of his family and friends. He was a proud Irish American.
