Elizabeth "Rita" Smith passed away suddenly on July 3, 2014 at her residence in Woodstock, Georgia. Elizabeth was born April 17, 1958 in Atlanta, Georgia and lived most of her life in the Atlanta area. She is survived by her sons, Chris Carnes of Woodstock and Fred Doughty and his wife Alia of Acworth. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Dianna Reed, Christian Doughty, Jacob Doughty, Landon Doughty and Brittany Doughty. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 6, 2014 fron 3 until 5 pm at the funeral home.
