Funeral services will be held 11 A.M. Friday, October 11, 2013 at Pilgrimage United Church of Christ with Rev. Kimberleigh Buchanan officiating. Burial will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park with Woodstock Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 10-11 A.M. at the church on Friday.
Mr. Hyland was born July 29, 1952 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Theodore Ralph and Gaitannina Di Vitorio Hyland. Mr. Hyland was employed with CNN Atlanta as a Senior Project Lead.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Ellen Hyland, Woodstock; one daughter, Teresa Scates, Canton; two sons, Anthony Hyland, Pensacola, FL, and Michael Hyland, England; two grandchildren, Ryan Alexander Hyland, and Aiden Michael Scates.
