

Born on February 18, 1939, in Burns, Oregon, Henry graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in History. He went on to serve with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as a Supervisory Employee Relations Specialist, retiring after 20 years of dedicated service.
After retiring, Henry was deeply engaged in the Atlanta Chinese community. He was an active member of the Kwong Tung Association, serving as a board member and assisting his late wife Angela in her role as President. Together, they also devoted their time and leadership to the Chinese American Lions Club, where Henry served as both President and Director.
Henry will be remembered for his love of running the Peachtree Road Race, playing tennis, watching professional football, boxing, and basketball, trading stocks, and spending time with his beloved grand dog, Boris.
He was preceded in death by his wife Angela; parents, Hom Shee and Quong Jue Yee; brothers Bill, Donald, and Ning Yee; and sisters Joy and Pearl Yee and Lillie Toy.
Henry is survived by his daughters Brenda and Adrienne Yee; sister Elsie Keppinger; grand pets Boris and Rusty; and many nieces, nephews, surrogate sons and daughters, grandsons, and granddaughters who will cherish his memory.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 20th at 11:00 am at Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery, 2000 Cobb Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.
