Jimmy O'Neal Robinson

Born on May 7, 1934, to Fred and Nannie Robinson, Jimmy lived a life marked by service, devotion, and love for family. A proud veteran, Jimmy served his country in the United States Army. In civilian life, he continued to serve his community through involvement in his church, Marietta Christ Worship Center, where his faith was a guiding light in his life.

An avid golfer, Jimmy was a longtime member of the Senior Golf Association, where he enjoyed both the game and the friendships it brought him. Those who knew Jimmy will remember his kind heart, unwavering dedication to his family, and the quiet strength with which he lived his life.

Jimmy is survived by his children, Robby Robinson, Leigh Ann Hillhouse, and Teresa Stewart; and his stepchildren, Shirley (Phillip) Queen, Dwayne (Brenda) Canupp, and Jimmy Canupp. He was a proud grandfather to Angela (Roy) Johnson, Hunter Hillhouse, Hillary Hillhouse, Eric Stewart, Shelley Canupp, and Aaron Canupp, and a loving great-grandfather to Jett Stewart. Above all, Jimmy loved his family deeply and found joy in their presence and accomplishments.

His legacy of love, faith, and service will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

A visitation for Jimmy will be held Thursday, May 22, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Woodstock Funeral Home, Inc., 8855 Main Street, Woodstock, GA 30188, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
