
John Henry Loconto of Canton, Georgia passed away suddenly on July 22, 2022 from a cardiac arrest. He was the beloved son of John V and Loretta Loconto of Sandy Springs, Georgia. John was born on August 30, 1967 in Cranston, RI and moved to Georgia with his family in 1976.
John was currently employed by the IBM Corporation following in his Father’s footsteps. He attended Woodland Elementary School, North Springs, High School and graduated the University of Georgia with a degree in communications.
He is predeceased by his grandparents Nicholas and Anna Loconto, his well known Artist and Sculptor grandfather Henry DiSpirito and Grandmother Rose all of Utica, New York.
He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Kat and his adored daughter Sophia Rose Marie. He also leaves behind his much loved twin sisters Michelle Butera and Karen Loconto, Michelle’s husband Rob, their daughter Gianna and Karen’s fiancé Dustin Fisher. He also leaves his special Aunt Wanda Loconto and dear cousins who reside in Texas.
A Memorial Mass will be held in Utica to be attended by his very special Aunts, Dolores and Teresa DiSpirito and much beloved cousins from both the DiSpirito and Loconte Families.
The Loconto’s in Georgia will be celebrating John’s beautiful life privately with family and his closest friends. The family asks all who wish to support them in this difficult time, to make donations in his name to your favorite Charity.
