Marsha Camille Dye Ritchie, age 78, of Woodstock, Georgia passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2018 in her loving home, surrounded by love.
Marsha was born to the late Charles and Margaret Dye on November 21, 1939 in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Over the years, Marsha taught ballroom dancing, worked as a claims specialist for GECC and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She showed great strength throughout her life as the spouse of an Air Force Veteran traveling with her family and instilling values in her children.
Marsha is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, MSGT Larry Eugene Ritchie, and her parents, Charles and Margaret Dye.
Her memory will be cherished by her loving children, Kevin Douglas Ritchie of Colorado, Kimberly Lynn Bushy of Oklahoma, Kristen Michele Smith of Georgia and Keith Marshall Ritchie of Georgia;10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and many loving in laws.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm and again on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 8:30 am until 11:30 am at Woodstock Funeral Home 8855 Main Street Woodstock, Georgia 30188. Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 am in the Reese Memorial Chapel with Pastor Leroy Kelley officiating. Committal Services will follow at the Georgia National Cemetery 1080 Scott Hudgens Drive Canton, Georgia 30114.
