

After graduating from High School, Nacin joined the Merchant Marines and honorably served 2 tours on a munitions cargo ship during the Vietnam war. Nacin was a very hard worker and spent his career as a pipe fitter. He worked in the New Orleans Shipyard for Buck Kreihs Commercial, Industrial and Marine Repair and Avondale Marine. Fifteen years ago, after surviving hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, he moved to Roswell, GA. with hopes of a new beginning. When he wasn’t working, you could find Nacin enjoying his favorite pastimes of fishing and hunting!
Nacin leaves behind his sister and brother-in-law, Gayle and Michael Zibilich; brother, Glynn Patrick Acy, Sr; nephew, Glynn Patrick Acy, Jr; and great-niece, Julia Acy. He was preceded in death by his children, Nicolas and Candee Acy; niece, Kristy Acy, sister-in-law, Martha Acy; and nephew, Michael Keller Zibilich.
Nacin will be laid to rest with his Mother in Louisiana at a later date. A Funeral Mass will be held at St Peter Chanel Catholic Church, 11330 Woodstock Rd, Roswell, GA 30075 at a later date
