Born in Blakely, PA, he was the son of Girard and Mary Ann (Krulewicz) McGee. Paul spent the majority of his professional career in the insurance industry, working most recently as an insurance broker for Aon for over 20 years.
Paul was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who always put others before himself. He was a lifelong, devout Catholic and faithful member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church for more than 30 years. With a quiet strength and unwavering resilience, Paul was a steady force you could count on to provide trusted guidance and lend a listening ear.
An artist himself, Paul had a deep love for comics and collectibles, and a keen eye for the creativity behind them. He found magic in movies and music in addition to having a special interest in American history. He was an avid sports fan, cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles from down South.
Paul’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of his family and friends. Just like the comics he adored, Paul will always be remembered as our superhero.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children; Lauren (Robert) Carter of Woodstock, Elizabeth McGee of Canton, Paul M. McGee of Dallas, and Matthew McGee of Kennesaw; a granddaughter, Vivienne, his parents; Girard and Mary Ann McGee of Chalfont, PA, his brothers; Girard (Elizabeth) McGee Jr. of Macungie, PA and Jeffrey McGee of Plymouth Meeting, PA, his sister; Michele (David) Clugston of Chalfont, PA, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kathryn.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Friday, February 21, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, 1618 Ben King Road, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Inurnment will take place at St. John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont, PA at a later date.
