

Born January 25, 1925 in Sheboygan,WI., the youngest of 7 boys.
He graduated from Concordia Seminary of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod in 1949.
He was married to Wilma Huber for over 62 years.
Ted joined the USAF as a Chaplain in 1955 and served for 28 years. He was stationed around the world including Germany, Vietnam, Korea and Alaska. After retiring in 1982 he became pastor of Faith Lutheran Church in Sullivan, IL. The last 15 years he and Wilma have been active members at Good Shepherd Lutheran in Woodstock, GA.
Ted was blessed with a beautiful Tenor voice. He traveled with the Lutheran Hour Choir as a young man. His singing enriched the liturgy during worship and he was a member of many church choirs. We were blessed to have had this faithful and loving man in our lives for over 86 years.
He is preceded in death by all 6 of his brothers. He is survived by his wife Wilma. His sons Jim (Susie), John, Chuck (Karen), Mark (Kim), Bill (Deb); daughter, Jennifer (David) Meszaros; 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation with family will be at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church at 1208 Rose Creek Drive in Woodstock, GA. 30189 for an hour before the service which begins at 11:30am on Thursday July 28, 2011. After the service a lunch will be served. He will be buried with full military honors at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton at 2:30pm.
