Florace A. Morrow

Florace A. Morrow, 92, of Columbus, passed away on July 14, 2025. She was born in Middleton, Ohio to the late Homer and Edith (Camink) Jones. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Jeffrey Morrow and seven of her siblings.

Florace always shared her positive spirit with others and just kept moving forward. You could be sure to find her outside working in her yard, gardening, and tending to her flowers. Florace spent many years doing bookkeeping and accounting work. She retired from The Ohio State University Research Foundation Accounting Department 21 years ago, and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Florace will be greatly missed by her husband of 69 years, Donald Morrow; children Jerald (Marcie) Morrow, Julia (Steven) Anzalone, Judith (Michael) Flanagan and daughter-in-law Sue Workman. Grandchildren Stacy (Geoff), Erin (Alex), Anthony (Claire), Dustin (Sara), Jordan, Ben (Danielle), Connor (Kierstyn), Catie, Cristin and her nine great grandchildren; Sister Marcella Newvahner, Sister-in-Law Janice Jones, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service celebrating Florace’s life will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Schoedinger Worthington. Her family will receive friends from 12:00pm until the time of the service.
