Troy was a great friend, co-worker, father and person. We had a lot of good times together, he was one of the funniest guys I knew even when he wasn't trying to be. I can't believe he is gone way too soon, condolences to the family and in particular Hayden and Justin.

Camp will not be the same.  The boys and I will miss the adventures we were planning on having.       Love ya man!  Sending love and prayers to all from Barry, Shell, Colin, and Conor.

My sweet friend, there really are no words, there’s just a massive void left in my life. That’s  true for so many of the peoples lives that you’ve touched. It’s really incredible to hear all the ways you have influenced and supported your people, you would never give yourself that kinda credit even if it’s true. You have been my chosen family,  and I’m forever grateful for all the years of memories, friendship and trust, it just wasn’t long enough. 
After my Daddy passed away, you have been the only person who calls me “Amanda” and somehow now, you have left me a whole family who calls me Amanda, and my heart loves that. I will forever have your boys and I promise to annoy them with the love and check ins I so often annoyed you with. Juggy is already used to my hugs.

Though you all know him as Troy, I know him as Pops. We hit it off the very first time we met at the Newport. We bonded over our rough starts in life, how far we’ve come and how we would always have each others back. I would bring him a lifetime supply of Monster and he would bring the best snacks. My favorite thing about Troy was that no matter the day he was having, what he was going through, how awful the show was, he was always still laughing. 

I’m relieved that you’re no longer in pain friend and can’t wait to hear how good the bourbon is upstairs. Xoxoxo

Troy was a gentle giant as well as a true gentleman. His love for his boys, a quiet night of grilling, a long day of fishing, embodied who he was as a man. Always the professional, always a kind word, always the one who would go the extra mile to help others. I know of no one person, who did not respect and appreciate Troy.  Not only as a great friend but also a wonderful human being.  A bright light on Earth, now sines even brighter in Heaven.

I've known Troy for 20 plus years. One of my dearest friends. I could always count on him to be there for me for anything. Especially concert tickets ( he's calling me names right now for that one ) he was my brother. It's hard to imagine such a person had to go so early from us all, but I know our heavenly father has amazing plans for him. So rest in heaven my brother, and feel no more pain. The boys and me will miss you very much, u will never be forgotten.  Love u bro

I took these pictures at the Newport Music Hall on night before a show started.  He was so mad at me for taking these pictures. When he woke up I showed him the pictures. Troy said, “ I thought you were my friend.” I replied, “I am that’s why they aren’t on Facebook.”

I always enjoyed having Troy out at my house.  He really enjoyed seeing me and my family.  My youngest daughter will really miss the talks they would always have.

There are so many memories I could write down. However, there are not enough hours in the day to add every one. Troy, Scott and I have shared so many good times and holidays together. Being around Troy would always bring a smile to my face. Now all those memories are in our hearts forever. Troy was truly a gentle giant and as big as he was physically; his heart and compassion for people was 100 times bigger. Troy will forever be in my mind and heart and my family and I were blessed and honored to call him my brother and Uncle Troy. This photo was taken by a bonfire in Bensalem, PA about  12 years ago.

Troy taught me how to fish. We always had a great time. Troy had so much fun watching me mess things up but he was a fantastic teacher. I miss my brother so much! I never got to outfish him. Thank you for your great friendship.
