Elaine was born on April 8, 1935 in Allen County, Indiana to Elmer Willis Foster and Wilma Lois Mavis.
Elaine lived a life filled with love for her grand-children, animals, and classic movie musicals.
Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, David Victor Mock on July 18, 1999.
