Art went to work for AT&T right out of high school and worked for them for 30 years retiring as supervisor. He enjoyed wood working, and fixing things around the house (carpentry, electrical and plumbing). Arthur also had his own handyman business for a while and he was always helping out others.
His passing leaves a large void as he so enjoyed being with family & friends, bar-b-ques, playing cards, games, ect. He especially enjoyed his grandchildren.
He is survived by wife, Carol Davis; daughter, Roni & David Webb; sons, Corey Davis, Jeff Bentley, Marty & Laurie Wilson; grandchildren, Kate & Lily Webb, Ashli, Tiana & Bryen Wilson. He is also survived by sister, Fran Trebes.
We’d like to thank Dr. Cornelis Brandt & staff, the nurses & caregivers on 2E at Memorial Hospital, and the Drs. And staff at North Star Lodge for their care and compassion.
At his request no services will be held. A private memorial for family will be held. Donations may be made to North Star Lodge, c/o Langevin Mussetter Funeral Home, 1010 W Yakima Ave., Yakima, WA 98902. To share a memory of Arthur visit www.lmfuneralhome.com.
It broke my heart to lose you, but you didn’t go alone. A part of me went with you, the day God took you home. A million times I’ve missed you, A million times I’ve cried. If love could have saved you, you never would have died. Now to the crypt I travel, the flowers I’ve placed with care. No one knows the heartache, as I turn and leave you there. If tears could build a stairway, and heartaches could make a lane I’d walk a path to heaven, and bring you back again.
