Brooke was a genuine and caring soul, and a shoulder to lean on to all who crossed paths and built friendships with her. She enjoyed all that life had to offer, and never backed down from a challenge. She enjoyed singing, listening to music, drawing, creating, writing, and many other hobbies, as well as being a mother to her two children, or any child in need. Brooke was the life of the party, and could make anyone laugh or smile when they were having a bad day. She was a strong, independent, and determined person who always found a way to do things herself. An intelligent, dedicated, loyal, respectful, and ambitious person, Brooke was the true definition of what it means to be an OG.
She is survived by her parents Anna M. Ford and Jack L. Larrison of Yakima; a sister Dawn Larrison of Portland; two children Lorenzo L. Cabrera, and Sophia R. Cabrera, of Yakima; her boyfriend Nathan Vasquez of Yakima; as well as several close friends of 30 plus years who also mourn the loss of this beautiful friend and mother to all.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Barbara Gayman.
For anyone who knew Brooke and for anyone who had the privilege having Brooke be a part of their life; we mourn the loss of a one of a kind soul who lit up any room she entered, and will forever be grateful for the great mother, sibling, daughter, granddaughter, and friend that expected nothing yet gave everything. May we find some peace in knowing she is no longer suffering and in Heaven with God.
