Daniel Ochoa Valdovinos

Daniel Ochoa Valdovinos was born January 26th, 1972 and passed away peacefully March 23rd, 2024. Daniel was born in Petatlan Guerrero, Mexico. He was born to Jose Rosario Ochoa and Flora Valdovinos Farias.

Daniel entered the workforce at the early age of 18. His interest in carpentry flourished into making kitchen cabinetry and building houses with his father in Mexico. Daniel was very talented and was a man of many works. Eventually, Daniel wanted to expand his horizons and immigrated to Los Angeles, CA and settled in Yakima, Washington. In Yakima he met and married his wife Gabriela and had a total of 5 children. Throughout time he also had a landscaping and construction business for many years. He worked very diligently to be knowledgeable in many trades, at one point he decided to shift careers and became a truck driver until his last days.

Daniel was a very smart, intelligent man. He always wanted to make sure that if there was ever a need in someone's life, he was the one who would always be willing to help. Daniel enjoyed fishing, traveling, food, attending cookouts with family and friends and road trips, but most ultimately he enjoyed living his life for God and being of service. In the year 2005, Daniel along with his family moved for a time to Tijuana, Mexico to spread God's message. He did mission work helping families in need. He opened a small chapel for people to attend and receive God’s message. In 2008, he and his family returned to Yakima.

He is survived by his wife Gabriela Ochoa, Daughter Jasmine, Son-in-Law Ari Borges, Grandson Caleb and soon to be born second grandchild, Son Daniel A., Daughter-in-Law Tania Sanchez, Daughter Natalie, Son-in-Law Emanuel Aguilar, Son Eli, Son Isaiah Ochoa as lastly his 6 dogs.

We want to thank everyone for their support throughout this very difficult time. We are very appreciative of everyone's help from meals to helping cover his funeral expenses.

Viewing and Service for Daniel is programmed for Friday, March 29th at 5:00 pm at 1015 S 9th St.Yakima, WA 98901. Burial will be on Saturday, March 30th at 11:00 am at Terrace Heights Memorial Park with a reception to follow at 1015 S. 9th St. Yakima, WA 98901.

Daniel Ochoa Valdovinos nació el 26 de Enero de 1972 y falleció pacíficamente el 23 de Marzo de 2024. Daniel nació en Petatlán, Guerrero, México. Sus padres son José Rosario Ochoa y Flora Valdovinos Farías.

Daniel ingresó a la fuerza laboral a la temprana edad de 18 años. Su interés por la carpintería floreció en la fabricación de gabinetes de cocina y la construcción de casas con su padre en México. Daniel era muy talentoso y era un hombre de muchas obras. Eventualmente, Daniel quiso expandir sus horizontes y emigró a Los Ángeles, CA y se estableció en Yakima, Washington. En Yakima conoció y se casó con su esposa Gabriela y tuvo un total de 5 hijos. A lo largo del tiempo también tuvo un negocio de paisajismo y construcción durante muchos años. Trabajó muy diligentemente para estar bien informado en muchos oficios, en un momento decidió cambiar de carrera y se convirtió en camionero hasta sus últimos días.

Daniel era un hombre muy inteligente. Siempre quiso asegurarse de que si alguna vez había una necesidad en la vida de alguien, él era el que siempre estaría dispuesto a ayudar. A Daniel le gustaba pescar, viajar, comer, asistir a convivir con familiares y amigos y viajes por carretera, pero lo más importante es que disfrutaba vivir su vida para Dios y estar al servicio. En el año 2005, Daniel junto con su familia se mudaron por un tiempo a Tijuana, México para difundir el mensaje de Dios. Hizo trabajo misionero ayudando a las familias en necesidad. Abrió una obra para que la gente asistiera y recibiera el mensaje de Dios. En 2008, él y su familia regresaron a Yakima donde él continuó sirviendo a Dios .

Le sobreviven su esposa Gabriela Ochoa, su hija Jasmine, su yerno Ari Borges, su nieto Caleb y su segundo nieto(a) por llegar, su hijo Daniel A., su nuera Tania Sánchez, su hija Natalie, su yerno Emanuel Aguilar, su hijo Eli, su hijo Isaiah Ochoa y sus 6 perros.

Queremos agradecer a todos por su apoyo a lo largo de este momento tan difícil. Estamos muy agradecidos por la ayuda de todos, desde los alimentos hasta ayudar a cubrir los gastos de su funeral.

El velorio y el servicio para Daniel están programados para el Viernes 29 de Marzo a las 5:00 pm en 1015 S 9th St.Yakima, WA 98901. El entierro será el Sábado 30 de Marzo a las 11:00 am en Terrace Heights Memorial Park con una recepción en 1015 S. 9th St. Yakima, WA 98901.
