

She was born in 1929, in Mandan, ND to the parents of Emil and Anna Bahm. She was the eldest daughter in a family of eleven children.
Dorothy married Julius P. Reisenauer in their hometown of Mandan. They met at a local skating rink while Julius was home on leave from the service and were married for 62 years.
Together, Dorothy and Julius enjoyed traveling all over the United States, Canada, and Mexico. They were members of the WIT Motor Home Club where they traveled with many dear friends. Dorothy was an active member of the Stone Church. She spent many happy hours in the kitchen, first on the farm with her siblings and later cooking for her family.
Dorothy is survived by husband Julius, her sons, Mike (Shirley) of Yakima, Steve (Barb) of Yakima, John (Martha) of Idaho Falls, ID and grandchildren, Kristina Coppock (Nathan) of Yakima, Katie Reisenauer of Dallas, TX, Kyle Reisenauer of Twin Falls, ID, Nate Reisenauer of Yakima, Ali Reisenauer of Moscow ID, and Matt Reisenauer of Cheney, WA.
She was a loving grandmother, mother, and wife and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
The family would like to thank all of the staff at the Cottage in the Meadow as well as the nurses on the 5th floor at Memorial Hospital, for the wonderful care that Dorothy received. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cottage in the Meadow.
Visitation will be 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 10th at Keith & Keith Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be at Noon, Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at the Stone Church with burial following at West Hills Memorial Park.
