Edna May Uber

Edna was born July 14, 1921 in Somerset, Pennsylvania, to

Charles and Edna Ealy. She graduated from Grove City

College in Grove City, PA. On April 29, 1944 she married Ralph

L. Uber in Somerset, PA. In 1950 the family moved to Yakima to

establish Ralph’s medical practice.

Edna was a member of the West Valley Missionary Church and

was active in women's Century Club and PEO. Edna was

dedicated to her family and we greatly appreciate the love

and sacrifices she made for us.

She is survived by three children: Chuck and wife Rita Uber,

Becky and husband Rich Blair, and Julie Georgiades, all of

Yakima, as well as niece and honorary daughter Ann Morgan

of Houston, TX. She had nine grandchildren: Yvette and Alex

Uber, Jenn and Kevin Blair, Jason and Derrick Georgiades,

James and Janet Knutson and Wendy Rudnick; and fourteen

great-grandchildren.

Edna was preceded in death by her parents and two older

sisters. Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home is entrusted with the
