Katharine Faith (Mueller) Bell passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at a Life Care Adult Family Home in Bellevue, Washington. She was born on March 29, 1927, in Fresno, California, as the eighth child of William and Alice Mueller. Katharine was married for nearly 70 years to J. Benton Bell, who preceded her in death on November 27, 2013. They served the LORD on the mission field of what was then the Belgian Congo, Africa, from 1948-1959. For the next 40 years they served in the pastoral ministry at eight different churches in California, Washington, Nevada, and Idaho.
She is survived by her daughter Grace Dean of Anderson, California; son Stephen (Ruth Ann) Bell of Yellville, Arkansas; daughter Beverly (James) Hanson of Snohomish, Washington; son Dale (Amy) Bell of Hampton, Virginia; 14 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Katharine was also preceded in death by her son David Bell of Jerome, Idaho, son-in-law Gary Dean of Castaic, California, grandson Robert Bell of Moscow, Idaho, and two great-grandchildren.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Belinda “Belle” Aguado for the loving care she provided to Katharine during her 7 years at the Adult Family Home.

A private graveside burial service, coordinated by Keith & Keith Funeral Home, will take place at Terrace Heights Memorial Park on March 27 at 2:00 p.m.
