Michael was a resident of Kennewick, Washington at the time of passing. Surviving are one sister, Lois Felton Owens (Garry) of Fountain; one nephew, Jack Owens of Fountain; one son, Michael D. Felton of Elm City; one daughter, Niki Felton of Elm City; one grandson; three granddaughters; two aunts, Hazel Coley of Wilson and Barbara Dawson Bass (Allen) of Wilson; and several cousins including a special cousin, Gordon Ray Dawson (Gladys) of Petersburg, VA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Ray and Frances Dawson Felton.
The family will receive friends Monday, November 18, 2019, from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., at Thomas-Yelverton Funeral Home, 2704 Nash St. N, Wilson, NC.
