Oscar was the kindest, most wonderful man alive. He was born in Puebla Mexico along with his 12 siblings. He came to the US about 6 years ago. He remodeled houses, painted, did new tiles and was really good. He loved work! He almost always worked 2 jobs. It didn't matter if he only got 1 hour of sleep the night before- at 530am Monday thru Sunday- his inner alarm would wake him and he would be ready for another 10 to 12 hour day. He had a smile on his face any hour of any day . There was no such thing as a bad mood to Oscar. Never negative about anything. He was kind and giving, always reaching back into his pockets to give another homeless person a few dollars. He was an excellent dancer too and loved listening to Lambada. When I met oscar he couldn't speak any English and the only thing he knew how to say was " Facebook?" Over the years we communicated through Google translate an app on the phone and both of us tried to teach the other as much of our language as possible. When he passed he was almost fluent in English. He loved all sports but soccer waa his favorite. He cherished his friendships and had more love than you can imagine for his family. His daughter was his pride and joy and the only thing capable of bringing tears to his eyes. He planned to return to Mexico soon. As much as he loved it here, his heart was still in Mexico with his daughter. I loved Oscar with all my heart and I always will. There will never be a day that passes that I don't think of him. I will love and miss him with all my heart until the day I get to see hijim again
