Shirley Ann Boles

Shirley was born in Yakima, WA to Lloyd and Esther (Tilley) Wheeler on January 15, 1945, and she lived her entire life in the Yakima Valley.

On March 13, 1965, Shirley married the love of her life, Jimmy Boles. Shirley loved traveling many miles cross country by motorcycle and on Jeeping adventures with Jim, spending time in the mountains and taking in the spectacular views. She was a fun- loving person and truly enjoyed her time spent with family and friends. She will be missed by her friends at Brookdale who thoroughly appreciated her enthusiasm for a great game of Farkle or Poker.

Shirley is survived by her sister, Barbara (Wheeler) McNamara, her brother William “Bill” Wheeler (Carol Ladd), and many nieces and nephews. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Boles and her sisters Mary “Babe” (Wheeler) Wales and Sharron (Wheeler) Morrow.

A celebration of Shirley’s life will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 10, 2023, in the Keith & Keith 9th Avenue Chapel.
