Tae Yun Kim

Tae Yun was born April 25th, 1926 in Pyongyang in Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the son of Jung Gil Kim and Jung Sook Lee. In 1950, Tae met Jung in South Korea . Tae and Jung went on to have four children; Young Park, Sung Kim, Kyung Kim, and Eun Kim. In 1990 Tae retired and spent his time gardening, fishing and traveling around the country with his beloved wife Jung. Tae is going to be remembered as the utmost sincere and honorable man, who has spent the rest of his life remembering his wife and praying for her day and night since her passing.

Tae is survived by four children; Young, Sung, Kyung and Eun. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on July 15th, 2023 at 12pm to 4pm at Keith & Keith funeral home located 902 W Yakima Ave, Yakima WA 98902. Funeral and memorial services will be held July 17th, 2023 at 1pm at Calvary Cemetery located 5012 S 70th St. Tacoma, WA 98467.
