Constantine Castiglione of Yonkers died on Sunday July 22, 2012 at age 80. Born on July 13, 1932 to Angelo and Jennie (DiDonato) Castiglione in Yonkers where he was raised and graduated from Yonkers High School. On June 30, 1962 he married Isabelle Milne in Mt. Carmel Church; she is surviving. Mr. Castiglione worked as the superintendent at the Garden Apartments on Central Ave. for over 30 years. He was an Army Veteran; serving in Korea and a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church; a devoted husband who suffered greatly for many years in pain but still had a positive outlook on life. Besides his wife Isabelle; he is survived by 2 sisters; Anna Bova and Lucy Velenti and was predeceased by brothers and sisters Matthew, Victor, Rudolph, Carmella, Marie, Emily and Faye. Visitation will be at the Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Tuesday July 24, 2012 from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be in Sacred Heart Church on Wednesday July 25, 2012 at 9:30am. Interment to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
