When I heard of his p no passing, the 1st thing that came to mind was hearing you say your name. “Eddie Lee Brown lll.  We may not have called or seen one another but I love you and the family. My deepest and sincerest condolences to the Brown family. I am a long time friend of Eddie's sister Danita, and I always remembered him as a strong, smart and ambitious man. We all admired and looked up to him. He was the true definition of a strong black man. As an adult he was so sweet to my two sons who his wife watched for awhile. I remember his art and he showed it to my boys. I always saw Eddie as a fighter. This loss is shocking and absolutely devastating 💔😞. We have lost a great one. Praying for strength for everyone involved. Sending love and prayers ❤️🙏🏾

As a kid my big cousin Eddie inspired me to be myself and creative. When I was 7 years old living in Virginia I would send him cassette tapes of me making music and he sent me an album he made; which I was album to share with my third grade class.  My aunt Barbra would remind me of this and it ment so much to me !!

My deepest condolences go out to the Brown family.  I remember Eddie always smiling, always spoke in positive and efervescente tones.  I called him my baby brother.  My everlasting memory of Eddie was when we were children and playing in the park.  Eddie fell down and was unable to move and I ran to him and scooped him up and ran all the way home to Mr. & Mrs.  Robert and Barbara  Browns house yelling “EDDIE IS HURT”.  I remember feeling like a super kid because I was able to carry him that long way.   I wish now that I was able to scoop him up again and tell him THANK YOU FOR BEING MY Lil Brother and MY FRIEND.    I’ll miss you.
