I found out weeks after your passing, Francine, and I was so heartbroken. From the days at Hamilton school and hanging out as kids on Terrace Ave, you must of crossed my mind a hundred times.  As adults, we haven't seen each other much, but I always wondered how you were doing. Rest in peace, Francine, you will never be forgotten.

Francine was my cousin, my best friend, and confidant.  There isn't a time in my life that she hadn't been part of. Her strength was exemplified as she fought against advanced pancreatic cancer. Her love for her friends and family will always be remembered. I will miss her greatly and may she rest in peace, free from suffering.

Fran was not just my friend, she was more like my little sister. When my wife was abroad on UN business I was admitted to hospital. When I was discharged Fran and Jerry picked me up, drove my car and brought me home. Each day after that, Fran came with cooked meals for me until my wife returned.Fran's genuine concern and loving kindness was felt by so many. She has left indelible footprints in many peoples's hearts. Fran will be sorely missed but her life of giving will serve as a model and be an inspiration to us all.

My family and I are very sad about the passing of Fran.  I first met her when we were waiting for the kids from Spain to arrive and we sat together in Iona Prep's Gym...we talked for hours since the plane arrived late and Stephen and James became friends while at Iona Prep.  Also one day while the boys were still in the Prep I was driving down Lockwood Avenue behind a car.  We both turned on Rossiter but the car in front hit the tire on the curb and pulled over.  As I passed the car I saw that it was Fran and James.  I pulled over and was able to help them...she was so happy and grateful that I was behind her...we had a good laugh about it. I pray that God will give you all the strength and support you will need during this difficult time.  I have experienced the sudden death of my husband a few years ago so I can truely understand how life must be for you all right now.   May Fran RIP ... she is in God's Loving Care....HER MEMORY WILL LIVE ON IN YOUR HEARTS FOREVER
