
Born on October 23, 1936 to Gus and Ann Boolukos in Inwood N.Y. where he was raised and educated in New York City schools. Mr. Boolukos worked as a driver for Nabisco Corp for over thirty-five years retiring in 1995. On August 5, 1960 he married Maureen O’Neill and they had four children She survives living in Yonkers. He was a parishioner of St. Anthony’s Church; a proud Navy Veteran in the Korean war. He is also survived by his children, John (Brenda), Thomas Boolukos, Georganne Costanzo and his seven grandchildren Katie (Sean) Donovan, T.J. (Stephenie), Nicole, Vinny Costanzo , Christopher, Ryan and Jessica Boolukus and great, grandson Jason. He will be reunited with his son Jason who died in 1989 and his brother John who predeceased him in 1992. Visiting hours will be at the Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be in St. Anthony’s Church on Thursday, December 17th at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery. Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or to the Luftgarten Foundation.
