

Surrounded by her loving family, Mary Cianciulli, 89, entered into eternal rest on January 14, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Mary & Frank Daquila. Her husband John Cianciulli predeceased her after 47 years of marriage. Mary was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Parish. For many years, she worked at Sacred Heart High School cafeteria. She was a proud member of the Rosarians. As a young woman she volunteered many hours for the USO. In later years, she was a Girl Scout Leader and a dedicated volunteer with The Sharing Community in downtown Yonkers. She is survived by daughters Rosemarie (Douglas) Cerrone of North Salem, NY and Maryann (Michael) Andolina of Rochester, NY; grandchildren Kimberly Brown, Amy Hernandez, Mark Andolina, Jeanne Cerrone, and Michelle Cerrone; and six great grandchildren. She also leaves behind 2 brothers Albert (Viola) Daquila and Frank (Yoli) Daquila; and a sister in law Lorraine Davidson. Her greatest legacy is love and devotion to family. She will be greatly missed. Visiting hours will be in the Whalen & ball Funeral Home on Monday from 4-8pm only. A Mass of Christian Burial will be in Sacred Heart Church on Tuesday January 17th at 11am. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
