Rita a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and aunt passed away on September 27, 2025 at the age of 83.
Born November 9th, 1941 to John Henry and Marion Wiley in Peekskill N.Y.
She was sister to Barbara and Charles who both predeceased her.
She was a devoted wife to her late husband Spyros. Loving mother to her three sons Christos, Dino, Peter and their wives and beloved grandmother to Christos, Casandra, Cory, Brittany, Dakota, Spyros, Hyla and Katya. She was a loving aunt to her many nieces and nephews.
Rita will be remembered for opening her home to all family members and those who needed it.
A visitation will be held on October 1, 2025, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home, Chapel "D". Prayers will follow at the same venue from 10:45 am to 11:00 am.
The committal service is scheduled for October 1, 2025, from 11:15 am to 11:30 am at Mount Hope Cemetery, located at 50 Jackson Ave, Hastings-on-Hudson, NY.
