Thomas G. Borden, a cherished and compassionate individual, passed away on December 16, 2025, at the age of 92. Born on February 24, 1933, in the lower East side of New York City, Thomas attended local schools in NYC, where he developed into a hard-working and humorous person, known for his resilience throughout his life.
Thomas married Eileen Hall on November 23, 1973, in Queens, N.Y. Eileen preceded him in death on September 6, 2024. He is survived by his son, Mitchell Borden of Port Chester, and a granddaughter, Monique Torres, along with three great-grandchildren, Carlos, Mya, and Manny. He was predeceased by two sons, Thomas Borden Jr. and Reginald Borden.
In his personal life, Thomas enjoyed traveling and swimming. He also relished socializing with friends and relatives, with his family fondly recalling that "He never met a stranger."
Thomas G. Borden will be remembered for his humor and the warmth he brought to those around him.
