I’m going to miss Wanda very much. I didn’t know that she passed until today. I was waiting for her to call me because she never missed a holiday. She was just not my case worker . She was my friend. Wanda was such an amazing woman. She always had my best interest in heart. She was dedicated to her job and she represented Phelps at her fullest potential. If I needed something she was right there.  We had long talks and some lunches. She shared things with me that I know she didn’t share with any other client. She was with me over 10 years. I can’t believe my friend is gone . I will miss her dearly. Love u Wanda❤️My Kids and I loved her so much. . My condolences to the Lee family.  Hearing this news came as a great shock.  We will truly miss her.  Having her as our neighbor for over 15+ years was a blessing, and we will always cherish the memories of her kindness and friendship, the stories, and the laughter we shared. I used to call her “Wondeful Wanda”.she was my very best friend.She was kind,she was compassionate,she was patient,and so very understanding.Wanda was my lifeline.She kept me going  when times got hard for me.When I felt hopeless,she was the light at the  tunnel .We used to watch “90 Day Fiancé,together.First thing Monday morning, we were going over the story line.Wanda and I also like ‘1000lb. Sisters. She worried over the whole family. Over there,Tammy and Amy.I will miss you so mucch Wanda.I never had a friend so kind,and loving. Uou gave me unconditionally love,that’s a rare gift.I don’t exactly know how I i will do without you.You were always there for me.But I know you would want me to be strong,trust in God,and pray.Rest in peace,wonderful Wanda.Someday,we will be together again.

I called her Wonderful Wanda.She was my best and true friend  for 23 years. I was the luckiest person in the world,to have Wanda in my life.And of those who knew her,you would understand why.She was a treasure.She was so very kind,patient,understanding,and compassionate.We used to watch 1000lb.Sisters on Sunday nite,first thing Monday morning,Wanda would be on the phone,going over the whole show.She worried about Tammy,she talked about them as if they were family.!She was planning on an early retirement,and maybe getting a van and take some road trips.After working so hard,I really wanted that for her,I am so sorry it did not happen for her.Wanda was my life line,my tower of strength,the light at the end of the tunnel.Actually,she completed my life. I don’t know how I will do without her.Rest in peace,my very very dear friend,if things go right I will see you again,and bring with me your favorite snack,your cheese doodles. My wonderful Wanda,oh how I will miss you,love you,and keep you in my heart forever and ever.

My deepest condolence to the family.  My relationship with Wanda was both professional and personal.  Professionally, we shared several clients.  Wanda was passionate about her work and devoted to her clients.  She never gave up until she had exhausted every possibility to fulfill her client's needs.  Personally, we became friends. Wanda was always encouraging, offering support when things looked doubtful, sometimes impossible.  She would say, "well, let's just see." I truly admired and adored her, and will miss her forever.  She touched so many lives, so sweetly!

I am greatful to have had Wanda in my life for more that 24 years.  She will be missed, but her memory will live on.  She impacted many people who she came into contact with, in a possitive way.  Great sense of humor and enjoyed laughing.  I Will miss her powerful smile she carried. Wanda cared about the people in need and worked hard to improve their situation. 
Wanda's love for her family, which speaks volumes about who she was as a Mother siblings and human being.  Wanda knows that she will now be with her creator, and she will rest in peace.

Wanda was one of the most caring people I have ever known.   We both worked together at Phelps CM for several years helping others in need.  I will miss her smile and her no nonsense way of looking at life.....  May your memory be a blessing.

My sincere condolences to Wanda’s family , she will be missed. I had the honor to work alongside Wanda , I can say that she was a true social worker, she was always willing to lend a helping hand , be a listening ears  and  a motivator during thought times.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Ms. Wanda. She was more than just a co-worker to me — she was my best friend and partner for over eight years. We shared so many moments together, from eating cheese doodles side by side to watching Love After Lockup, and even joking about being “sleeping partners” during our long shifts. She also encouraged me to continue my education, helping me with my homework and pushing me to get that degree. Those memories will always bring a smile to my face and remind me of the special bond we shared. I will truly miss her laughter, her presence, and her friendship. My heartfelt prayers and sympathy go out to her family and loved ones during this difficult time.
