Barbara A. Markham passed away peacefully in Peoria, AZ on August 7, 2013. Barbara was born June 6, 1953 in New Orleans, LA to Cecile and Eugene Hebert. She had made her home in the Valley of the Sun for the last 45 years. Barbara is survived by her devoted son, Jeff Markham. Private services will be held.
