Services will be held at 9:30 a.m., at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85024. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Afterward, a reception will be held at the home of Bill and Stephanie Arbaugh, 848 East Coral Gable Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85022.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
