“Joy”, as her friends and family called her, was an incredible mother, grandmother and friend to so many. Her kind smile and her humor made everyone around her feel welcomed. She put God first in her life at all times and instilled her faith in her family and anyone she spoke with.

Joy is survived by her daughter Ruth Weiner of Peoria, AZ (and husband Mark), Harold Surabian Jr of Simi Valley, CA (and wife Adena) and her daughter in law Gina Surabian of Thousand Oaks, CA (wife of Joy’s son Kirk who passed away in 2002).

Joy was an incredible grandmother and helped raise all 5 of her grandkids at one point in her life. Briana, Jordan, Dominique, Nicolette and Kirina will greatly miss their “Grammy” as she was called.
