Odette passed away suddenly on January 10, 2021 at the age of 69 in Goodyear, AZ. She was a retired hairdresser.
She was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. Her sense of humor and wonderful personality will be missed by all. She never met a stranger.
She enjoyed cooking for others and was a great cook. Her specialties were homemade gravy, cornbread and spaghetti sauce.
She is survived by her mother, Nadine Helm; her daughter, Dawn (Ree) Hagman; and 3 brothers, Rodgell Helm, Dennis Helm and Ricky Helm. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Simmons, and her father, Holt (Al) Helm.
She will be cremated at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services.
