Matilda Ann Ortiz, age 45, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
A graveside service for Matilda will be held Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
