Sharon Diane Sanders, a long time resident of Yucaipa, California passed away at the age of 71, on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, at Kaiser Fontana Medical Center surrounded by her loved ones. Sharon was born in San Bernardino, California on July 7, 1943, to Art and Mary Balsom, former residents of Yucaipa. Sharon attended school in Yucaipa and was in the first graduating class of Yucaipa High School in 1961. Sharon was an avid reader, exceptional cook and a competitive Bunco player with friends. Sharon was a caring, thoughtful person and she was loved by many.
Sharon is survived by two daughters Michelle and Diane; sisters Cheryl and Sandra; four grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Johnnie Sanders.
